      What are the opening hours of the museum?

      The museum is open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9.30 to 6.00 and on Sunday from 2 pm to 6 pm. Last admission is at 5pm.

      Do I have to book my ticket in advance?

      No, you can pick up your tickets for the museum visit directly on site. However, we strongly advise you to book online to guarantee your visit slot. Reservations for workshops at the chocolate factory can only be made online.

       

      Does the Museum have a cloakroom?

      No, we do not have cloakrooms.

      Do you offer guided tours?

      No, we do not offer guided tours. The tour was designed as a fun and interactive space, allowing each visitor to explore the different spaces according to his or her interest, sensitivity and curiosity. A guided tour would "prevent" this freedom offered to everyone! Nevertheless, the chocolatiers and animators are at your disposal to answer all your questions during your visit.

      What payment methods are accepted at the counter?

      The Chocolat Museum accepts payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), Chèque culture and Chèque-vacances.

      Who is eligible for a free visit?

      Only children under 7 years of age can visit the museum free of charge. The Musée du Chocolat is a private museum and does not offer free admission like public museums. 

      Who are your partners?

      We are in partnership with various actors of the tourism industry who allow the beneficiaries to obtain reduced rates on the visit of the Museum. To consult the list of partners, go here.

      No discount is given on other Museum services (workshops, courses, birthdays or other events).

      Is it possible to take photos in the museum?

      Photographs without flash and without a tripod are allowed in the museum. Share your best photos on the museum's social networks

      How long does it take to visit the museum?

      The length of the visit to the museum depends on the pace of each visitor. On average, you should allow 1 hour for the visit (without workshops).

      Can I leave and return to the museum on the same day?

      The ticket is valid for one entry. Any exit is final.

      Does the museum offer activities for children and adults?

      Yes, we offer discovery workshops (20 minutes) for young and old gourmets. A game book is also available free of charge at the entrance of the museum to accompany children during their visit.

      Can I leave my things in a cloakroom?

      A cloakroom is available for course and workshops' participants.

      Do I have to book my workshop?

      Reservations are required in order to participate in a workshop. To book, go to our online ticketing service.

      How long before the workshop starts should I come?

      We ask you to come 15 minutes before the start of your workshop in order to proceed with the various formalities: payment, disinfection, equipment.

      I am accompanying my child, can I attend the workshop?

      You can attend the workshop, without participating.

      What are the opening hours of the factory shop?

      The factory shop is open during the same hours as the museum. Our online shop is now online and accessible at boutique.musee-du-chocolat.com

      What are the opening hours of the restaurant?

      The restaurant is open for lunch from Tuesday to Saturday from 12 noon to 2pm, for snacks from Tuesday to Sunday from 2pm to 5pm.

      How to book online?

      To book your tickets online, click on "Online ticketing". Select the tickets of your choice, the date and the time you wish. Then validate your basket and follow the instructions to create your account.

      After validation of the payment, you will receive your tickets directly by e-mail. Simply print them out or present them on your smartphone at the entrance to the museum.

      If you have not received your tickets by e-mail, you can consult all your bookings on our online ticketing service with your login (e-mail address) and your password, in the "My account" section.

      If they do not appear, make sure that the payment has been accepted.

      I have to cancel my visit, can I get an exchange or a refund?

      In accordance with the provisions of article L 121-21-8-12° of the French Consumer Code, admission tickets or services for a museum are not subject to a right of withdrawal. Tickets are non-transferable, non-changeable, non-refundable and cannot be resold. 

      I would like to book for a group. How do I proceed?

      Online booking for groups is not available. You can consult our offers for groups here.

      What methods of payment are accepted for online bookings?

      Online: Les Secrets du Chocolat Museum accepts payment by credit card and Paypal only.

      Yes

      Can I visit the museum with my pet?

      With the exception of assistance animals (guide dogs, etc.), animals are not allowed on the premises.

      What arrangements are in place for accessibility for people with mobility difficulties?

      The entire establishment is on one level and complies with ERP standards. People in wheelchairs can therefore access all of our services (museum visits, workshops, "Les Secrets du Chocolat" restaurant). Only the restaurant car is not wheelchair accessible. However, we have tables in our second restaurant room, which are accessible to wheelchair users.
