Visit the Chocolate Museum

The Chocolate Museum invites you, young and old, to take a poetic voyage of discovery through the Schaal Chocolate factory, past and present, retracing the route of the cocoa bean from Ecuador all the way to Alsace.  Plunge into the heart of our cocoa and hazelnut plantations, discover all the secrets of our chocolate production, share the passion and expertise of our master chocolatiers, taste our chocolate sweets, traditional pralines, sugar-coated delights, moulded chocolates… A unique experience that will delight all your senses.

Participate in a workshop

The Chocolate Museum in Alsace reveals the day-to-day of a chocolatier with an immersion in the Chocolatiers Laboratory! As a complement to your visit our activity leaders and chocolatiers invite you to make your own chocolate creation.

 Learning how to make a chocolate spread, creating a chocolate bar or even drawing with chocolate. Express your creativity as an apprentice chocolatier: a great way to have fun and enjoy yourselves together as a family!
