As the establishment is air-conditioned, we advise you to bring something to cover up with during your visit.

As our capacity is limited, online reservations are strongly recommended, especially on Wednesdays, weekends and during school holidays (zone B).
If you do not make an online reservation, you will have access to the different areas according to availability.
Preferential rates available from our partners are not available via the online ticketing system.

In order to make your booking please contact the Chocolate Museum reception during opening hours. The cards or coupons offering a discount must be presented on arrival. If this is not the case the preferential rate will not be applied.
