You wish to give a conference, to organize a meeting, a seminar or hold a board meeting? The Secrets of Chocolate Museum provides custom solutions for all your corporate events.
Companies can gather at the chocolate museum during the day or for an evening and have a unique experience by traveling through time. You enter into a small paved courtyard surrounded by beautiful storefronts, recreating the Île de France atmosphere : you can admire the façade of the Marquise de Sévigné shop of the place de la Madeleine in Paris and also the façade of the factory of Royat close to Clermont-Ferrand where the brand was founded.
An old and genuine car of the Orient Express that has undergone a full restoration offers 57 seats. The tea room offers 50 seats and can also be laid out for cocktail events. The Amphitheater is perfect for conferences and video projection ; it can be used in natural daylight conditions during meetings and in total darkness (controlled electronically) during projections ; with an area of 89 m2 you can welcome up to 60 seated guests ; 6 seats are provided for persons with disabilities and with reduced mobility .
Meetings for executives, press conferences, evenings, seminars... the amphitheater is suited for organizing shows. It is even possible to add a dance floor for a late night party atmosphere. Games can also be organized during professional meetings like "Murder in the Orient Express", an excellent way to foster team spirit !
The chef of the restaurant, Thomas Koebel, selected for the Gault et Millau award 2016, offers a cuisine that can be called "bistronomic". The menu brings back to life the dishes served on board of the Orient Express in the 1920s, with a more contemporary touch. Groups have a wider choice as menus can be customized and tailored to a specific budget.
